Apply some wax or gel to help fibers adhere better to the hair and scalp.
Carefully comb away excess fibers
Remove loose fibers with a soft comb, avoiding your scalp.
Reinforce bald spots in advance with hairspray
Give extra grip to fibers on bald spots by first spraying hairspray.
Set your look with hold spray
Use hold spray after application for extra strength and long-lasting hold.

Don'ts

Do not apply to wet hair
Ensure your hair is dry or towel-dry; completely dry works best.
Do not scratch your scalp
Prevent fiber shedding by being gentle with your scalp.
Do not remove the grid
Always leave the grid in place for optimal distribution, except when using the spray pump.
Do not apply your hairline too thickly
Prevent an unnatural look by not applying the fibers too thickly at your hairline. Instead, use a spray applicator for a subtle result.
